HSEQ Advisor

Reporting to the Operations Director, the HSEQ & Security Advisor will play a key role in supporting the organisation's adherence to safety, health, environmental, quality, and security standards across our Operations, Retail, and facilities throughout Scotland.
This role will involve:
- Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to HSEQS.
- Assisting in the conduct of risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential hazards.
- Facilitating training and providing guidance to employees on HSEQS matters.
- Some travel within Scotland will be required to support operations across different locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development and improvement of HSEQS policies, procedures, and standards, including security considerations
- Assisting in ensuring compliance with all relevant HSEQS and security regulations
- Contributing to the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks associated with the company's operations, including security risks
- Providing guidance and support to all departments in implementing and maintaining HSEQS requirements, incorporating security best practices
- Facilitating employee training and awareness on HSEQS matters, including security awareness and training
- Supporting the investigation of incidents and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, including security-related incidents
- Collaborating with departments to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with company operations, including security risks
